Our expertise in diamond wire technology runs deep. Since 2005, members of the MASTECH team have designed, built, serviced, and supported advanced slicing equipment across a broad range of industries and applications. Our experience includes systems developed under leading names in the industry, including Laser West Technology, Diamond Wire Technology (DWT), Diamond Materials Technology (DMT), Meyer Burger, MBT Systems, and Innov Wire Technology (IWT).

Brandon Garrison
Co-Founder & CEO
After obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering at UCCS in 2005, Brandon started immediately for Diamond Wire Technology the pioneer of diamond wire cutting in the United States. After 5 years of being the top service engineer, Brandon moved to diamond wire manufacturing and started on improving the process. After designing the EPW process for making diamond wire, Brandon moved to equipment design. Brandon has designed equipment internally for companies like Diamond Wire Technology, Diamond Materials Technology, Meyer Burger, Innov Wire Technology, and SOMOS-IWT, and external machine designs for many of the largest companies worldwide.

Will Eggleston
Co-Founder & CSO
Will graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 2006 and began working with diamond wire in 2010 as a Maintenance and Process Engineer for Diamond Materials Tech. Will was promoted to R&D Manager in 2011 where he further developed his understanding of the diamond wire slicing process. Following a remote assignment in Mesa, AZ in 2014, Will moved to Product Development where he began designing, testing and selling slicing equipment. Taking over as Sales and Service Manager in 2019, Will has been furthering his knowledge of slicing different materials and developing slicing processes across the globe.


Steve Mack
Co-Founder & CFO
Steve Mack, MBA, CMA, is Chief Financial Officer at MASTECH in Colorado Springs. Steve has held senior accounting and finance roles with firms in the manufacturing, telecom, internet, defense contracting and consulting industries. Throughout his career he has focused on bridging the technical, operational and financial aspects of businesses that allowed him to get results and move his organizations forward to success.
Steve has an international MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and originally hails from Arlington, Virginia.
