HWS200
Hybrid-Wire Reel-to-Reel Diamond Wire Saw
The HWS200 is a compact, highly versatile diamond wire saw platform designed for precision slicing of smaller materials and advanced process development applications.
With a maximum cutting capacity of 200 mm (8 in) diameter by 250 mm (10 in) length, the HWS200 combines high-precision motion control with flexible cutting configurations to support both development and production environments.
The system features an integrated indexing table and optional small multi-wire web capability, enabling efficient gang slicing of multiple parts in a single operation. Step-and-repeat functionality allows for automated, unattended “lights-out” slicing, improving throughput while reducing operator involvement.
The HWS200 can be configured for reel-to-reel, capstan, or loop cutting modes, providing exceptional adaptability for a wide variety of materials and slicing processes.

SWR800
Large Capacity Single-Wire Reel-to-Reel Diamond Wire Saw
The SWR800 is MASTECH’s large-format diamond wire saw system, designed for precision slicing of oversized materials and high-capacity industrial applications.
With a maximum cutting capacity of 800 mm (32 in) diameter by 800 mm (32 in) length, the SWR800 delivers the stability, precision, and automation capabilities required for large-scale slicing operations.
The system incorporates a precision indexing table and can be equipped with an advanced Rotation and Tilt Table for variable-angle slicing and complex cutting geometries.
